BECOMING AN ORACLE: A Powerful Experience!

My Love and I were gifted a seven disc set called Becoming an Oracle by Nicki Skully for Christmas last year and, although I have sat down many times to listen to it~ I've only made it three quarters of the way through the first disc. If it could've been another way, it would've been, however I've never lost the interest and excitement I felt when we first pulled it out of the pretty, red bag!

It was a Divinely Guided gift because it's in direct alignment with what I practice as a Mystic, it's creative and expansive in delightful, heartfelt, and wise ways (which I love), and it takes me on a journey that leaves me feeling more grounded, more centered, and more connected than ever before.

The subtitle to this incredible gift is called, "Connecting to the Divine Source for Information and Healing". This is exactly what mystics do!! I do have another process that I've learned through my studies, but when it comes to connecting with Supreme Intelligence, I radically enjoy learning different methods of achieving the same goal.

I've created many meditations because of the experiences I've had while channeling them and I always incorporate grounding, centering, + connecting into them, but the way she does it: it's so simple.

Simple in a profound way, ...and genuinely graceful. I hope you benefit from it as much as I have.

Highlights, from Sounds True:
  • What is an oracle? Why we all have the potential for establishing this direct link to the energy of creation
  • Pathworking—the powerful practice for opening yourself to experiences in the subtle realm
  • The Heart-Breath technique—the first essential step on every oracular journey
  • Visualization practices to call upon Horus, Shiva, Odin, and other god-forms and spirit guides for wisdom
  • Guided inner journeys to sacred oracular sites such as Delphi and Stonehenge
  • How to read information from oracular tools such as the Tarot, Nordic runes, and scrying bowls
  • Hours of hands-on training and guided practices for accessing the divine intelligence and healing power of the oracles

Diving Deep into the Divine: The Foundation of Mysticism – TWO

Let’s begin with what Practical Mysticism is:
{Practical} is defined as by practice or action instead of theory or speculation.

{Mysticism} is engaging with the transcendent reality of God through conscious contact from within, as well as with different dimensions of existence. Mysticism represents the highest quest of human growth and awareness.
The qualities of mysticism include:
*  Self-discovery, Self-mastery, and Self-awareness.
*  Discovering if there’s a Supreme Universal Intelligence located within us.
*  Conscious contact with this Intelligence.
*  Experiencing this Intelligence.
*  Allowing this Intelligence to work through us.
*  Being divinely guided by this Intelligence.
*  Becoming a Master Manifestor.

Practical Mysticism is a way of life that helps us deliberately create more of what wed like to experience and less of what we dont, using the Absolute power available to us all. It nurtures the strengthening of intuition and the intimate union of soul, God, and presence in our reality.

Now let’s look at what {conscious} means:

☽ mentally perceptive or alert; awake
☽ capable of thought, will, or perception
☽ subjectively known or felt
☽ intentionally conceived or done; deliberate
☽ inwardly attentive or sensitive to something
☽ showing awareness of or preoccupation with something
   (cost-conscious/value-conscious)

May we all approach consciousness as a ritual in our daily lives, being fully aware of the present moment and of our Higher Consciousness. Spend time in nature, interact with empathy, show love whenever you can, show devoted veneration and radical respect for all things holy to build self-worth, be true to yourself and truthful to others, and realize that everything is connected and reflected.

We’ll be working a lot with meditation practices, mindfulness, and presence because meditation is the foundation of mysticism!

Mystical Meditation is where you intentfully attempt to make conscious contact with God. This requires patience and complete focus which is why mindfulness and presence are equally important.

Mindfulness and presence could be considered the same thing, however the difference is that with mindfulness you’re completely focused on being right here, right now, whereas with presence mindfulness expands to an intertwining of energies that leaves you feeling grounded, spacious, and open in harmony with what’s happening within, around, and between us.

Presence is fullness and emptiness being experienced simultaneously.

May we unite in mindfulness and presence.

“We are not at home in the past any more than we are at home in the future. Home is Now and life is only available to us in the present moment. May we embrace it fully.” –Melissa Marie Nelson

The second practice we’ll do together is Mindfulness Meditation.

Mindfulness is the antidote for forgetfulness that unites the body, mind, and soul in harmony. When we are mindful we become aware of the limiting conditions we place on our happiness, our lives, and ourselves, and it releases tension providing the space for deep relaxation.

To maintain a positive and conscious attitude, Mindfulness Meditation can be practiced daily, in silence with eyes closed and anywhere you are with no special props or anything needed at all, by becoming intimately aware of the present moment.

We cannot always practice Mindfulness Meditation in the silence of solitude but we can become just as present by becoming purposefully aware of the moment we’re in. Look around you and realize that you’re here, Now, by directing all of your senses to tune-in to Now. Identify 3-5 things you can see, hear, feel, smell, and, if you can- taste. Allow yourself to become the center of your universe. The point of this practice is to pull yourself back from the future and forward from the past by connecting you with your brain, body, and breath so you can be conscious of what you’re creating for yourself.

After this is complete you can sit in peaceful surrender and begin to focus your attention on what you want to create, rather than aimlessly creating from a lack of self-awareness, by visualizing in detail and really feeling what you want to attract. In 20 seconds, momentum is moving. After another minute, momentum begins to pull what you want into alignment. If you could envision your ideal circumstances and lifestyle for three minutes a day, you’ll begin to see your manifestations in your life. By extending this visualizing practice to a period of ten minutes or more per day – it will magically change your life.

As with any desire or action towards positive change, a positive mindset is favorable and suggested if you want to see the fruit of your ‘labor’ in a timely manner.

Mindfulness is a great way to envelop yourself in a daily, or hourly, gratitude practice because when you’re taking each moment in fully and experiencing the rapture and joy of being alive, while being intensely grateful for all you have, all you are, and all you’re aspiring to be, you’re calling in more reasons to be grateful and more experiences that create a joyful life according to your own preferences. We can’t always say that mindfulness brings joy but we can always say that mindfulness relieves suffering, which contributes to it nonetheless.

During the progression of the guided Mindfulness Meditation experience we’ll embark on together, you’ll hear only four prompts throughout the process. The entire meditation is 11 minutes in length for the purpose of this particular practice, however you can stay in meditation for as long as you feel you need to. This meditation can be used at any time to cultivate inner-peace and will be available soon to listen to it on YouTube. A separate post will be created and specifically dedicated to Mindfulness Meditation as outlined in this post.

By focusing on the breath, we become aware of the miracle of living. We sometimes have many worries and fears, irritations, resentments, and regrets that can flood our mind and body with pain and suffering, and that pain and suffering causes us to not be able to remember who we are and that we don’t have to give our power away to the experiences that caused the pain and suffering, especially if what happened -happened long ago.

Mindfulness is fully experiencing the moment; feeling all the sensations of your body and how it feels when air enters through your nostrils and exits through your mouth. Mindfulness is the key to unlocking bliss and the breath is our faithful guide.

The actual action of mindfulness is almost effortless. When we’re walking, we’re already walking, when we’re breathing, we’re already breathing, and when we’re working or interacting with other’s, we’re already doing those things. All we’re doing now is adding mindfulness to the mix.

Mindfulness can be applied to everything, just as Mysticism can. Doing tasks mindfully produces better results and ensures a more peaceful and positive outcome. Mindfulness slashes through mind chatter and paves the way for the shift to a positive attitude and it allows us to taste the sweetness of silence and intuitive guidance. Mindfulness also improves concentration skills and intuitive strength, thereby elevating our sense of awareness and genuine happiness.

Sometimes the mind can wander or we get overwhelmed with what’s on our plate and we’ll have to gently guide our focus back to the present moment, but the full extent of the practice is being fully aware that you are breathing and being alive right now, while you allow the breath to fill you and the body to release it taking the past and present with it leaving you right here where you truly are.

If you find that your mind wanders and it’s difficult for you to control your thoughts or be at peace, intensely focus on your breath as you inhale and exhale while saying to yourself: this is an in breath, following it all the way in, and this is an out breath, following it all the way out.

Otherwise, do not try to control the way you breathe once you’re centered and present. Allow it to happen organically and be whatever it is.

The Ministry of Mystery Presents: Diving Deep into the Divine - ONE

“We all have the ability to heal ourselves; I know, I have done so... In the morning, know that you are Loved, You Are Love and You Love” ―Lisa Bellini

Welcome to the wonderful journey that is your life!

The exercises and materials that will be shared within this Circle will lead us all to feeling more fulfilled in every possible way. Upon learning the techniques that make it possible for us to consciously contact and connect deeply with God through utilizing mystic methods, there's absolutely no area of life that cannot be improved, transformed, or transcended.

The sacred inner work we're doing will bless us for the rest of our lives- if we allow it and continue to 'practice' connecting with our Inner Wisdom for guidance on how to navigate the time we have here.

The only things you'll need for this adventure include:
☆ a single candle + safe fire source
☆ a virtual or physical journal, or both

Optional, but recommended, Supplies:
sage, crystals, + incense
☆ a glass of water

Other things you need that don't cost a thing:
your attention + communication skills
☆ commitment
☆ integrity
☆ self-motivation
☆ determination
☆ effort
☆ kindness
☆ gratitude
☆ and about 20 minutes a day

Depending on how many people show interest, we may create a private group to share our experience, strength, and hope but for now I'll just share the insight via Google+ and participants can comment as they feel guided.

This Circle is created with the intention to provide more value, sustenance, and reverence in our daily lives. It's a safe space, a sanctuary, and it should be treated as such by all participants at all times. If you ever feel confused or if you're having a hard time in any way, please reach out. We're in this together. We all struggle from time to time and we all have something within us that can empower and inspire others along the way.

Mysticism is about getting comfortable with the unknown, communing with God, learning to self-heal + how to stay positive, and becoming a better manifestor. We all have days when some form of negativity creeps in or when racing thoughts bombard our ability to stay centered and focused, but through Practical Mysticism you can trust you'll be successful in overcoming it when you need it most: if you show up for yourself and do the work.

The 'work' isn't strenuous, manual labor, or anything that requires more of you than thinking with your Mind and expressing yourself through the words you're inspired to use.

Here's an example of the kind of 'work' we'll do:

Exercise: Words are Powerful.

How you use words can build empires or destroy nations. When there are words inside of you that are poisonous, spit them out!

I'm not encouraging you to spit them out at other life-forms, but to write long and hard about the venom that's engaging you in negativity and destructive behaviors. This sacred work is for your highest good and to benefit All in the highest possible way.

My process that I'm sharing with you below is just as sacred. I use incense, crystals, sage, the candle + flame, salt, a glass of water, and an indoor plant to garnish the area I work in, and with these items I create Sacred Space through intention, visualization, and prayer. Please do whatever you feel most comfortable with and decorate your environment with items that inspire reverence for the Sacred as much as you can. Setting the tone will only make your experience more profound.

Supplies Needed

White Candle, Fire Source, Paper, Writing Utensil

Here's the process:

Take three luxurious breaths, inhaling as deep as possible and exhaling with controlled force. In through your nose, ...pause... and out through your pursed lips.

Intention

To release what's toxic and gain clarity on how to move forward.

Incantation

God of Fire Burning Bright, Goddess of the Highest Light
Transform my pain, Bless my Sight
Reveal to me Clarity, the Truth I Invite

Fill my mind, heart, + body with your Presence
Cut the Cords of Illusion with your Essence

And So It Is
And So It Is
And So It Is

Prayer: Holy Ancient Spirit within and around me, thank you for protection from negative astral influences and ill intentions while in this space and doing this sacred work. Thank you for ensuring that no harm come to me and no harm be sent to anyone else while I'm engaged in this practice.

Practice: Light a white candle in front of you, stare into its flame for about three minutes, and then close your eyes and visualize Light from the deepest part of your essence emanating through every cell of your being and radiating outward through your skin and into the space around you. The after-image of the flame will give you an inner focal point to concentrate on during this process. When you feel you are ready, open your eyes and move forward.

☽↞↠☾

Write honestly and every last detail that's burning to get out of you. Then read it to yourself and add to it as more words arise from the depths within. Write until you feel an emotional release but limit yourself to a period of no more than 30 minutes by setting a timer. This practice can be applied to anything that's causing you to burn yourself by not expressing yourself in a healthy manner.

The goal is to release the poison of hostility and anger so we don't burn ourselves with the hot coals we don't want, or do want, to throw at others. Whether we intend to or not it's affecting them and us. It never works out for us in a positive way to take our anger out on others, even if they're the cause of it. Yes, we may feel a profound sense of release, but relief isn't always included.

Once your timer goes off or you're finished writing, whichever comes first, remind yourself of the Intention, take a deep breath to clear the air, and read your words one last time.

Then, close your eyes and refocus your attention to the space within your mind where the flame imprint was left after staring into the fire. Thank the Eternal Presence within you for the guidance, clarity, + response you're about to receive.

Take three more of those luxurious breaths you took earlier and sit in silence while breathing in a natural and peaceful manner.

Clarity may come right away, and it may come later on while you're washing the dishes or driving to the store, maybe today, maybe not right away- but it will come.

to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.

Now that you have completed the releasing process, take the paper you released your words onto and burn it in a manner that isn't hazardous to your health, the health of others, or the environment.

Once the ashes are completely cold, bury them in the Earth. You won't have to dig a large hole but you can make it as ceremonial as you'd like.

Incantation:

bury it deep, or bury it shallow
I release what's in my shadow
into the Earth, the ground is hallowed
setting me free like a shooting arrow

And So It Is
And So It Is
And So It Is

☆DISCLAIMER
If you're reading along but not actively participating in what we're doing, you do not have permission to share the information found within these writings, nor is it ok for you to desecrate the work or experiences of any participant, myself included. We live in times where darker forces aim to destroy what tends to liberate us from their control, and after we have cultivated our practice and strengthened our connection to the Divine, they'll have absolutely no power over us whatsoever- though they really don't now. Their power is our ignorance: Awareness is Key. It does not do us any good to ignore these forces which is why this information and future information is being shared: For us to come together and 'fight the good fight'.
